By accessing or using the TQS Lifestyle website (“Website”) or interacting with TQS Lifestyle through any of our official channels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Our Website & Sales Channels

  1. Informational Website: Our Website is primarily for brand information, store details, product showcases, campaigns, and customer support information.
  2. No Direct Online Sales: We do not currently operate a shopping cart or checkout on our Website.
  3. Where You Can Buy: TQS Lifestyle products are sold through:
    • Physical retail stores, and
    • Third-party marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, AJIO, and other platforms).

  If you purchase from a marketplace, your order, payment, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by that marketplace’s terms and policies.

2. Intellectual Property (Content Ownership)

All content on the Website including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, designs, and layout (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Deepali Underroot LLP / TQS Lifestyle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Pricing, GST & Billing (Offline)

For purchases made at physical stores:

    • Prices are as displayed on tags or as billed at the store POS.
    • Bills/invoices include applicable taxes as per Indian law (including GST).
    • GST rates are applied as per government notifications and may change from time to time.
    • Any offer/discount may be subject to terms communicated at the store or on official campaign material.

For marketplace purchases:

    • Marketplace pricing, taxes, and invoices are governed by the marketplace.

 

8. Offers & Promotions

  • Offers/discounts are valid only for the period communicated and only on eligible products.
  • Offers may differ across stores and marketplaces.
  • Offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law.
  • Misuse of offers, coupon fraud, or suspicious activity may lead to denial of benefit or cancellation where applicable (especially on marketplaces as per their rules).

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

   A) Physical Store Purchases

      Returns/exchanges are subject to the return/exchange policy communicated:

  • on your invoice/bill, or
  • at the store, or
  • through official customer support.

In general, we may require:

  • Original bill/invoice
  • Original tags and packaging
  • Product in unused/unworn condition (except genuine manufacturing defects)

Certain categories (example: innerwear/accessories/discounted clearance items) may be non-returnable/non-exchangeable as per store policy.

   B) Marketplace Purchases

      If you purchase via Myntra/AJIO/other platforms, return/exchange/refund is governed by the marketplace’s policy. Please raise all requests directly on that platform.

10. Customer Communications

When you contact us (phone/WhatsApp/email/social media), you consent to us responding through those channels. Promotional communications are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Website and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
